Accessibility Statement

A homeowner looking over a garage door in Beverly on a cold morning

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use orderet.living. This page shows how Orderet Garage Doors works on that. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Aim For

Our aim is a site that is easy for as many people as possible to use. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.

What We Do About It

To make the site easier to use, we try to:

  • Give every page a clear heading structure
  • Add alt text to images that carry meaning
  • Pick colors with strong contrast
  • Allow movement around the site by keyboard
  • Build layouts that fit any screen size
  • Keep the wording short and plain
  • Label each form field

Where the Site May Fall Short

Some parts of the site may not meet these standards yet. Content from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.

Need Help Another Way?

If part of the site is hard for you to use, you still have options. Request a callback to reach a provider, or email contact@orderet.living and we will help where we can.

Tell Us What Went Wrong

Your feedback helps us get better. Email contact@orderet.living and tell us:

  • Which page or tool gave you trouble
  • What you tried and what happened
  • Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you are happy to share

We will read your note and try to reply within a few business days.

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is never finished. We keep it in mind each time the site is updated.
